The city of Xi'an – capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province – has achieved some outstanding results in creating a market-oriented, legalized and internationalized business environment last year, and its 43 experiences and practices have since been promoted across the country.

These experiences and practices involved government services, construction permits, cross-border trade, labor market regulation, tax payments and intellectual property protection.

In addition, its experiences in securing electricity and water, credit, protecting small and medium-sized investors and market supervision are also being shared nationally.
