A slow exhale

白居易曾写

 "The summer clouds scatter, drifting apart; the cool breeze rises, light and soft."

"离离暑云散，袅袅凉风起。"

The heat that held us all summer finally begins to loosen its grip

困了我们一整个夏天的暑气，终于开始松手了

Let the old warmth touch your back

让旧的暖碰一碰你的背

Let the new cool touch your face

让新的凉摸一摸你的脸

That is the art of this day

这就是处暑的艺术

It asks nothing of you

它不要求你什么

Just tells you

只是告诉你

 "Stay right here, Feel both, That's enough."

Breathe in

吸气

You're still summer

你还是夏天

Breathe out

呼气

You're already autumn's neighbor

已经是秋天的邻居
